BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your billing address and payment information will be pre-authorized by BlossomAttire.com for your security and protection.

Your financial institution will determine when any pre-authorization for failed or canceled orders will be refunded to your account. Payment is collected by BlossomAttire.com when the order ships from the warehouse, and the amount of the purchase will be reflected on your credit card statement.

ORDER STATUS & MODIFYING ORDERS

When you view your shopping basket before placing your order, you can see what is included and how much it costs. It is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so up to an hour after it is placed.

Order details can be viewed to find out how an order is progressing.

PROBLEMS WITH CHECKOUT

ERRORS WITH BILLING INFORMATION

 

If the Billing Information page shows the error messages, here are some helpful suggestions:

  • Please make sure that your name, street address, city, state, and zip code do not contain typos or misspellings.
  • Make sure that the billing address on your credit card bill matches the address you have entered.
  • Ensure that your bank's online transaction database has been updated recently by calling your issuing bank. They sometimes enter outdated addresses in their online address verification system.
  • Sometimes, banks take a while to update their information, so you might want to try an old address. It is possible to authorize addresses that are up to two years old.

*It is important to note that you may need to submit another order to place another hold on your funds.

A hold on your account can still occur with a valid credit card number and an incorrect billing address. In this scenario, we would like to remind you that the authorizations will be removed from your account within two to four business days, depending on the bank suing the authorization. Those with further questions should contact their bank.

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments can only be made via Mastercard, Visa card, American Express and other debit or credit cards at the moment. There is no conversion factor for prices and figures. They are all listed in GBP. Shipping calculated at checkout is tax-free within the UK. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy. 

Payment information provided by customers is not collected or stored by us. A secure gateway is used to process all transactions through Shopify.

INFORMATION RELATED TO YOUR PAYMENT

We are not able to access your Mastercard number. Your billing information, shipping information, order details, and Mastercard last four digits are only visible to us once your purchase is complete.
